What is IPTV ?

  •  IPTV is Internet based TV that you stream over the internet. 

What do I need to watch IPTV?

  • An Android Media player is recommended however some Smart TV's do manage to perform this task. A computer or Laptop will also work.
  • Decent Internet connection, we recommend a minimum of 10Mbps connection per device, we see that on streaming the demand varies between 1Mbps and 6Mbps depending on the show that is being watched.
  • Uncapped and Unshaped data is a better option.
  • Network cable from your router to your Android Media Player/TV
  • The service works worldwide as long as you have an internet connection, so if you move or go away you simply take it with you.
  • The Media Player and your ISP is critical, while top of the range Media Players like the NVidea Shield and Media players with the the S912 Octocore Processor are better we have found budget media players that can be used to start with

Why should I pay when streaming is available for free ?

  • There are various options available for free which involve changing setup links or using various applications to watch something. However these usually do not include sport, documentaries, news,  series etc
  • If you look through the channels we offer in the Channel Listing below  you will find all of these.
  • The majority of the channels offer an Electronic Program Guide 
  • We provide an all in one solution.

Do you need my banking details or Credit Card ?

  • No, we do not use a debit order or contracts, services are paid for in advance and you will have an expiry date for your service, we will give you a reminder and then if you do not renew it will simply not work after the expiry date.  No automatic renewals, No notice period.

What info do you need from me ?

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • The MAC from your Android Media Player which will be found during the installation of the STB App

What is the biggest problem ?

  • Expectation of IPTV being instant like a cable service, the channels sometimes take time to load. (Streaming is not always perfect but definitely a worthwhile compromise)
  • Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) often gives a lower priority to Overseas streaming during peak times which causes buffering (Picture that stops and goes) this varies from person to person and the majority of our clients do not have an issue after discussions with the ISP's. This is typically during peak times and we suggest the 24 hour trial or 1 week subscription to be able to test this first. Kindly note that we are unable to control your ISP but have found some things to reduce this.

We will then email you with a solution to install and once you are ready you let us know and request the 24 hour trial to start (Please give us a minimum of 6 hours notice) 

Finally we will send you Username and Password as soon as we activate the trial.
